We have started a project for overall HR servicing of Zenith Corp Sciences Bulgaria Ltd.

The project begins with organizational structuring, ranking of job positions, development of job descriptions, recruitment and selection of personnel for the new production facility of the company. Afterwards we will continue with the development and implementation of a system for assessment and attestation of the personnel, evaluation and grading of posts, creating a system for management of salary levels, creating and introducing a bonus scheme.
